Mark Paladino

Hi my name is Mark Paladino and I am 52 years old. I don’t just work at Physicians Rejuvenation Centers in North Palm Beach, Florida… I am also a client!

I love helping people feel and look great. After living most of my life in Hartford, CT, where I raised my two sons who are now 20 and 23, I’ve recently started a new and wonderful life now living in sunny Florida.

I learned how to play golf when I was 8 years old and to this day have a love for it. I taught my kids how to play when they were toddlers and they have taken the game to levels I never would have dreamed of. My oldest was on David Letterman at age 3, Golf Digest at age 4 and both of them played high school golf in 6th grade. They both went on to win many golf tournaments in the north east and across the country. You might say I am quite the proud parent of them both.

My first and only career was hair dressing, which I began right out of high school at age 19 and still do it today. I love making people look good which makes them feel good.
Being a hair dresser and playing competitive golf for so many years has taken a toll on my body. I have also had some injuries over the years. I broke both my hands. One was a car accident, the other because I stupidly fell off my roof while cleaning my gutters.

The worst has been my lower back pain. Standing cutting hair for over 35 years has been the most damaging to my body. I used to wake up every morning stiff and achy for at least the first 30 minutes until I took a hot shower and a couple of Advil to loosen up. With all that I still felt tightness in my back.

About 3 years ago I was "tired of feeling sick and tired!" I was feeling very low on energy, depressed, low back pain, low sex drive and achy joints. My friends got tired of hearing me complain. Then a good friend told me about HRT. At first I was skeptical not knowing anything about it. Being one to rarely go to Doctors I thought, "why not?"

I went through the protocol of a blood test to see what my body is lacking and a physical
to see my overall health. I was blown away! I couldn't believe how low my numbers were... no wonder I was feeling lousy!

I got so excited to know there is a better way to feel better at my age. I thought over 50 meant saying "good-bye" to living a healthy life. I am here today to tell you there is a better way. I now feel more energy than ever, my back no longer hurts, my hands are usable again and my sex drive is back to when I was 25!!!
