Kris Silber

Hello my name is Kris Silber I am the Senior Clinical Advisor at Physicians Rejuvenation. I love giving people their power back!  It is such a great feeling to help people reclaim their loss of youth and vitality. Being the Senior Clinical Advisor at Physicians Rejuvenation has been an Ideal job for me, because being a result driven person that I am, I see the results in my clients success. You can expect a difference with the proper Hormone Replacement Program.

I was Born January 18th 1973, I am originally from Dayton Ohio. My Father was very involved with athletics and played college baseball, His influence  spawned my interest in athletics and I began playing soccer, and tennis  at age 8, as well as becoming a student of the American Karate Academy where I broke my first brick at age 9.  I also excelled at Basketball and Boxing and lead my varsity football  team as a sophomore in tackles.

I started weight training at the age of 14 and broke many Ohio State Teenage Power lifting records. In college I studied kinesiology the science of human movement which enriched my knowledge of  the human body.  These positive habits followed me into my adulthood and I currently work out 4 times a week encompassing the whole body in a four day split.

I am the proud single dad of my daughter Grace who is 6 years old. Her knowledge of the Human language is amazing! For thanksgiving we bought a 20 lb Turkey. My mouth dropped open when  she said, “it didn’t look big enough for our feast.” One of my greatest joys is  taking her to Sea World and Disney every year for our vacation. Since I have began spending so much more time with her she has really taught me the importance of patience and taking my time. Imagine that… I am learning patience from my 6 year old! Couldn’t we all use a little more of that in our lives.

My second love is my 2009 Harley Davidson V-rod Muscle that has three times the horsepower of a standard Harley. I have been riding some kind of dirt bike or motorcycle majority of my life. I love to ride anywhere that is considered rural. It really reminds me of back in Ohio with all the trees and farm land. The feeling of Freedom I get on my bike is similar to a bird flying I just feel free.

Years ago, I received an A+ Certification and a Network Certification in computers. Because I truly enjoyed it, I started a small computer repair business in 2001. Today, I still have about 10 clients that I do occasional jobs for.

My passion is helping people feel good, look good and maintain their youthful glow. How can I help you reach your goals, physically and mentally? If there is one thing I’ve learned in this lifetime, it’s that we are in control of our thoughts, feelings and actions. Age is only a number… how old do you want to feel?
