Cliff Gross

My name is Cliff Gross and I am originally from New York.  I live with my wife and step son In Palm Beach Gardens Fl.  I am thrilled that we are expecting a new baby in June 2010. 

Ever since I was a teenager I was fascinated with fitness. I started weight training in my senior year of high school at the age of 17.

At age 21 I entered my first body building competition. In 2002 I entered in the Mr. Florida and won. That took a lot of discipline and dedication, and also taught me how to help others reach their fitness goals.

I became a personal trainer at age 23 until the age of 34.
I have trained hundreds of men and women over the years and the reason many do not see changes in their body is because their hormone levels are off and need to be corrected. As we age our hormone levels drop, this is what makes us feel old.  This is what let me to work at Physicians Rejuvenation Center.

I love spending time with my family and working hard in the office and in the gym. Helping people reach there fitness goals is my passion.   To see the smile and look in ones eyes once they start to feel and look better is truly a gift. 

Age is only a number!  If you are running on low testosterone levels you will certainly feel it.  I work out and eat well but I also take care of my system and make sure my body is producing enough testosterone and IGF1 to get the most out of my life.
